La grange is located on the left side of Le Ruisseau and also has 3 double bedrooms, an would suit a family of 6 for a self catering holiday in France.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, with a breakfast bar with bar stools and a dining table. Living room with comfy sofas and views to the terrace and the swimming pool. An old fashioned woodburning stove. Shower room with wc to the back.
Climbing up the oak staricase to first floor where there are two double bedrooms and one twin room and a bathroom with wc. All the rooms have original exposed stone walls and oak beams.
The building was built circa 1860 and La Grange has many original features left from the time it used to serve as an animal shelter. You will find exposed beams and exposed stone walls through out the property.
From the living area you have access to the private terrace with pergola at the back of the property. The terrace has garden table and chairs and a BBQ for your use and it borders to the extended garden. The 6 x 12m swimming pool is only meters away.
Letting information:
The self catering lettings are usually from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.A non-refundable deposit of 25% is requested on booking with the remainder sent 6 weeks before arrival.
Bedding, towels, water, electricity and tourist tax are included in the price of rental during high season (14.7 - 1.9). During other times they are charged separately.
A damage/cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure. End of stay cleaning service, bicycle hire, french and cooking lessons and baby sitting services are available.
Please note that pets can only be accepted if agreed at time of booking.
