Treat yourself or somebody else to a cooking- or French-lesson with Isabelle

Perigord is one of the most famous and traditional cooking areas in France. We use the best local ingredients grown in our farms and gardens. A proper Perigourdin meal is based on duck or goose, or pork, goats cheese and walnuts, i.e.:
  • Foie gras mi-cuit en terrine
  • Magrets grillés
  • Pommes Sarladaises
  • Salade au chevre chaud
  • Gateau aux noix

There are so many different ways to cook duck, goose, pork etc, above recipes are just a few examples.

I can offer a wide range of easy or less easy recipes, in French or in English, you will prepare the recipes yourselves, with me, in my kitchen in Busserolles and you get to take back to the cottage what you prepared to share with your friends/family.  I can also help you with your French (I've been a teacher for 10 years) so that your friends back home will be very impressed when you are back from your holidays!
